Qualifications

Experience as a Procurement Officer for capital projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles in a project context.
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for capital equipment, construction materials and project services.
Develop detailed specifications and tender documents for capital projects.
Evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and award contracts to suppliers and contractors.
Oversee supplier performance and ensure timely delivery and milestones.
Manage procurement budgets for capital projects and identify cost-saving opportunities.
