Daisy is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across its NYC condo and co-op portfolio. You will partner with boards, property managers, contractors, and residents to keep projects on scope, schedule, budget, and quality with clear communication throughout the process.

You will combine strong project management with a client-first mindset, helping boards understand options, identify risks, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to complete complex building upgrades successfully.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of project management or construction coordination experience in real estate.
• Degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or business; PMP/CAPM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day execution of capital projects across condo/co-op portfolio.
• Attend board meetings and present project updates to boards.
• Coordinate with managers, contractors and residents to schedule work and manage access.
