Job summary

Austin-Industrial is seeking a Construction Planner – Capital Projects to lead planning, scheduling, analysis, and tracking for major capital initiatives in Borger, TX. You will guide baseline and recovery schedules, coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, and I&E teams, and ensure timelines from bidding through execution are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated planning and scheduling experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of civil/mechanical/I&E disciplines is preferred but foundational knowledge acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline, as-built, and recovery schedules for capital projects.
• Create preliminary bid schedules to support bidding and QA.
• Design project schedules and contract timelines with data integrity across the lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly status reports for management on milestones and variances.
• Provide schedule narratives and time-impact analyses to project teams.
• Collaborate with Civil, Mechanical, and I&E teams to integrate workflows.
