Prysmian Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across manufacturing and construction environments in California. You will plan, coordinate, and drive projects from scope through handoff, ensuring alignment with business goals and on-schedule delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Capital Projects, you’ll supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large, complex capital projects.
• On-site presence during critical phases; willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules.
• Monitor budgets, provide cost forecasts, and manage changes.
• Handoff to plant teams upon project completion.
