Job summary

• Strong engineering mindset to analyze, design, and troubleshoot technical systems.
• Experience supporting or managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Solid budgeting and cost-tracking awareness.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain 2D/3D CAD layouts for plant equipment, utilities, and production lines.
• Review machinery foundations, structural components, and installation requirements.
• Support equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the field with vendors and contractors.
• Be on-site during critical construction and installation phases to ensure accuracy.
• Manage project documentation, drawings, change logs, and installation records.
• Support procurement, equipment specifications, and vendor evaluations.
