Prysmian Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support capital project management within the North America Engineer Team. You will handle administrative tasks, procurement processing, and vendor coordination to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, SAP/Datastream experience, and travel up to 20%. A Bachelor-level background is helpful but not required with relevant experience. Based in Highland Heights, KY, join a leader in cable systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred; relevant experience may offset.
• Experience supporting capital projects in manufacturing/construction is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to capital project management in North America.
• Prepare and track purchase requisitions for machinery, parts, services.
• Maintain logbooks for purchase requisitions, POs, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on procurement and logistics.
• Organize travel arrangements and hotel transportation for regional staff.
