Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages CIP and construction projects; prepares bid packages and contracts.
• Evaluates bids and selects design consultants and contractors; prepares budget amendments.
• Acts as liaison between county departments, developers, contractors and the public for project delivery.
• Provides in-house design review of drawings, materials, and specifications during construction.
