Job summary

Lyons Magnus Fresno, CA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital improvement, reliability, and process optimization projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and cross-functional teams from business case through handover.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and manufacturing performance in a high-activity food plant. A Bachelor’s in an engineering field and 3–5 years of project experience are required; AutoCAD/Inventor and MS Project skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as listed above.
• 3–5 years of progressive engineering/project experience in food or comparable process manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and major maintenance projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk reviews; manage change control.
• Lead equipment specifications, RFQs, and installation plans; coordinate multi-discipline needs.
• Oversee procurement, vendor reviews, and contractor management.
• Support commissioning, startup, punch lists, and handover to asset owner.
