Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Proven track record managing capital projects (equipment, facilities, automation).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including to global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver capital projects from concept through execution and closeout.
• Manage equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements and expansions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, safety and external vendors.
• Feasibility studies, staffing needs, cost and equipment requirements, and appropriation requests.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
