Ohio History Connection is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Projects to plan, coordinate, and manage capital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across Ohio History Connection facilities and historic sites. The role oversees from concept to occupancy, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget alignment.

This position acts as the primary liaison among architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, government agencies, internal stakeholders, and community partners, providing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience managing construction or capital improvement projects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide to project sites.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and manage capital construction, renovation, restoration, and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee projects from planning through construction and occupancy, on schedule and within budget.
• Lead budgeting, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Support grant compliance and state capital funding reporting.
