Ohio Facilities Construction Commission is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, design, and construction of assigned projects from initiation to completion. You will supervise site operations, estimate costs, and negotiate contracts while maintaining schedules and financial targets.

You will coordinate with state agencies, contractors, and design professionals to ensure compliance with procurement processes and client satisfaction, in a challenging public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of experience in project management of facility construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Involved in planning, design, and construction of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites to meet OFCC standards; supervise, estimate, and negotiate project costs.
• Maintain schedule compliance and financial targets; coordinate with contractors and suppliers; manage change, procurement, and client communications.
