Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Maryland PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months preferred.
• Experience leading capital improvement projects and coordinating with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee capital projects for parks, facilities, and transportation.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff across project phases.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Review contract documents and monitor contractor performance.
