A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a highly accomplished engineering leader to oversee engineering strategy, capital project execution, and team leadership across a large multi-site manufacturing network.

This is a high-impact Strategic Business Unit Engineering Manager responsible for driving engineering performance, leading a team of engineers, partnering with operations leadership, and managing significant capital investment programs across multiple facilities throughout North America.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of engineers supporting package manufacturing.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and executive leadership to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
