The role requires 7+ years in project engineering with leadership experience, strong budgeting, and CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years in project engineering or capital equipment management.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience managing large capital projects from design to start-up.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering staff and technicians.
• Manage full project lifecycle from specification to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and schedules.
• Provide field supervision during installation and startup.
• Maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Uphold engineering standards and best practices.
