Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Amgen account within the Project & Development Services (PDS) organization. The role focuses on defining reporting requirements and translating project strategy into BI outputs using Azara and related tools.

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring data quality and governance across capital projects. The ideal candidate has strong data fluency, experience in reporting or business analysis, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in reporting, data analytics or business analysis.
• Familiar with Ingenious Build, AdaptiveWork, Azara.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to translate business needs into BI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements for capital project tracking and translate to BI build/adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with BI and Technology teams as liaison.
• Explain industry terminology to technical teams to ensure accurate reports.
• Capture data needed for reporting and BI systems across projects.
• Monitor capital project data in Ingenious Build throughout lifecycle.
• Review reports/dashboards for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
