Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in environmental science, natural resources management, ecology, or related field.
• 4+ years (8 years preferred) of consulting experience in NEPA impact assessment and multi-media permitting (ESA, Section 7/10, HCP).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage environmental permitting and compliance for renewable energy, transmission, and oil & gas projects.
• Oversee ESA consultations, develop Habitat Conservation Plans, and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Deliver NEPA-compliant impact assessments and management plans, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and identify opportunities to add business value.
• Maintain high standards for health & safety, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
