Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Cost Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead the cost team within a large construction program. You will develop the budget and master schedule for the Capital Improvement Plan and manage cost across the PMO.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cost control on large infrastructure programs preferred.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, cost forecasts and EACs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost team within a large construction program.
• Develop and manage program budgets and schedules for the Capital Improvement Plan.
• Forecast, analyze, and report cost and schedule performance across projects.
