Job summary

Integres, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management. The role oversees day-to-day execution, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and ensures schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years of program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of contractual deliverables.
• Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
• Support client relationship management and executive communications.
