Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Capital Planning Assistant (Co-op) for a six-month, full-time assignment supporting Massachusetts public school construction projects.

You will work with Project Managers and Architects to prepare reports and presentations and assist with cost-tracking databases. Ideal candidates are enrolled in building/construction studies, have basic construction knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s degree in building or construction related degree.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations for project managers and architects.
• Support technical reviews and cost tracking throughout capital projects.
• Maintain databases for construction cost estimates, bid results, and project status.
• Attend site visits when needed to gather information.
• Assist in information gathering and data organization as directed.
