Responsibilities

• Support construction supervisors with daily and weekly tasks, including preparing daily reports and conducting safety walks.

• Understand the project schedule and identify the critical path.
• Contribute to the short‑term planning process.
• Participate in project tasks such as attending meetings, performing inspections and verifying materials.
• Engage in hands‑on labor tasks, which may include using tools and equipment under the supervision of experienced personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and job‑site efficiency.
• Develop problem‑solving skills to help keep jobs on schedule and maintain project flow.
• Understand best practices for maintaining client satisfaction, including transparent communication and subcontractor accountability.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Field‑based role with regular activity on active construction sites
• Frequent standing, walking and use of tools/equipment; occasional climbing, kneeling, sitting and crouching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
• Work may involve outdoor conditions, construction noise, dust and other typical site exposures (protective equipment provided)
• Occasional assistance with site cleanup, deliveries or light demolition
• Travel to project sites (up to ~60 miles each way)
