Job summary

City of New York’s HPD Division of Capital Planning is seeking a Capital Analyst to help plan and manage funding for the agency’s capital program, including affordable housing projects. You will work under supervision to review submissions, advise on budget impacts, and coordinate with the Office of Management and Budget for CP approvals.
