Job summary

Intuvia Technologies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the IMA project, bringing deep capital markets expertise to ensure timely deliverables. You will lead change management, coordinate front-to-back stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

The role requires 10–15 years in the industry, strong Market Risk and regulatory project experience, and a proven track record in strategic program delivery across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant industry experience.
• IMA/Transformation project management in capital markets.
• Experience with Markets, risk and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong front-to-back stakeholder collaboration across Global Markets.

Responsibilities

• Transformation/change management/PM with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control issues.
• Working knowledge of Markets business, products, regulatory capital and Market Risk (VaR) or Credit risk.
• Influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into technical needs.
• Coordinate dependencies across Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology.
• Identify challenges and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner.
• Produce accurate project updates and artifacts for committees.
• Foster a joined-up approach to support program execution.
