Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as PM/SM in IT, with more than 5 years in Financial Institutions (Capital Markets projects)
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, ETL, data warehousing, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on knowledge of market risk concepts and related processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial and derivatives risk concepts (credit, liquidity) (secondary)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and ensure agile practices are followed
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, planning, retrospectives and reviews
• Assist in tracking and removing impediments to foster high performance
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Manage project scope and timeline
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
