Job summary

CompassX Group, a boutique business and technology consulting firm in Southern California, seeks a seasoned Business Transformation professional to lead capital markets initiatives, redesign processes, and align stakeholders.

You will partner with senior leaders and technology teams to deliver sustainable change, from ideation through implementation of new systems, reporting tools, and operating models.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation
• Experience with change management and process redesign
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and design future-state processes for Capital Markets operations, trading, and investment management functions
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across trading, operations, compliance, and portfolio management to align requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Drive process optimization and operating model redesign to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
• Guide clients from ideation through implementation of new systems, reporting tools, or operational workflows, with a focus on user adoption and sustainable change
• Partner with technology teams to ensure business needs are reflected in system design and implementation
• Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption strategies, for complex financial products and processes
