The ideal candidate combines capital markets experience with project management and business-transformation skills, and will coordinate across Operations, Technology, and business functions to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years experience within capital markets, investment management, banking, or financial services.
• Background in project management, business transformation, management consulting, strategy, business analysis, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from initiation through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement, operating model transformation, or technology implementation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, and transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and business functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop actionable solutions.
• Evaluate current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and scalability.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate working sessions and project meetings with business and functional stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, executive presentations, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operating models.
• Help drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
