REALIGN LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead complex, cross-functional IT programs.

The role requires 8+ years in technical project management, strong communication with stakeholders, and experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery. You will drive governance, risk, and reporting to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of critical programs in capital markets and related domains.

Qualifications

BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
5+ years of Capital Markets deal execution experience (New Issue, Book Building, Syndication).
Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Equities workflows.
Desk-level production support experience in trading floor or capital markets.
Excellent troubleshooting skills under pressure.
Strong communication and relationship-building with front-office users.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects or programs spanning multiple cross-functional teams.
Provide end-to-end visibility into project health with reporting and metrics.
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigations to ensure outcomes.
Ensure compliance with governance processes, standards, and quality requirements.
Influence across teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
