Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Capital Markets, CIB Operations, or other financial markets environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience driving projects involving business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and implementation support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across multiple Capital Markets initiatives
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and downstream stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and coordination with business users
• Assist in developing test scripts and validating business functionality
• Track project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Support operational process improvements and regulatory-driven initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes
