Homeward is hiring a Senior Manager to build and manage the operational infrastructure that keeps our Capital Markets function running efficiently as we scale. You’ll lead a lean team responsible for day-to-day debt facility operations, while owning the systems, processes, controls, and reporting that enable speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in capital markets operations, warehouse lending, or debt facility management.
• Track record of building from scratch and improving the efficiency of systems.
• Working fluency with debt facility mechanics: draws, borrowing base math, and lender reporting requirements.
• Comfort with loan-level data and tracing discrepancies from reports to origination records.
• Ability to operate independently; builder and doer role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Capital Markets Operations function; set priorities and ownership.
• Drive efficiency and automation; reduce manual work and improve data flows.
• Own day-to-day facility execution including draw execution and lender reporting.
• Monitor facility utilization and covenant compliance; flag issues early.
• Partner with the Senior Director on operating design as new facilities and lenders are added.
