Job summary

Homeward is seeking a Senior Manager, Capital Markets Operations to build and manage the operational infrastructure for our capital markets function. You will lead a lean team responsible for daily debt facility operations, owning systems, processes, controls, and reporting to accelerate speed and accuracy.

You will drive efficiency by automating recurring tasks, strengthening controls, and improving data flows.

Qualifications

6+ years in capital markets operations, warehouse lending, or debt facility management.
Experience building and improving operating models for capital markets.
Comfort with debt facility mechanics, draws, borrowing base math, and lender reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Capital Markets Operations function, setting priorities and ensuring timely, accurate execution of day-to-day facility operations.
Drive efficiency and automation by reducing manual work and improving data flows.
Own day-to-day facility execution including draw execution, borrowing base reporting, reconciliations, and lender reporting.
Monitor facility utilization and covenant compliance, flagging issues before breaches.
Partner with the Senior Director of Capital Markets on operational design as new facilities, lenders, and loan products are added.
