Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, Capital Markets to run day-to-day secondary transactions, warehouse sales, and related reporting. You will support securitizations, investor initiatives, and ensure accurate data and timely settlements across teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a finance-related degree, and experience with whole loan trades and warehouse lines. This position offers comprehensive benefits and equity RSUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Tableau experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build RTL and DSCR trade plans with pricing and origination teams.
• Manage warehouse facilities day-to-day incl. line activity, sales, and repurchases.
• Analyze execution across buyers and advise on loan allocation based on price and terms.
• Monitor pipeline against takeout commitments and coordinate with risk/origination teams.
• Lead trade strategy and loan allocations to optimize facility usage and channels.
