Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Capital Markets to lead day-to-day execution of secondary transactions, warehouse facilities, and investor initiatives.

You will support securitizations, provide reporting, and collaborate with multiple internal teams and external counterparties to optimize liquidity and takeout strategies. The role requires a strong foundation in finance, mortgage banking, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or real estate.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, corporate finance, or mortgage banking.
• Experience with whole loan trades, warehouse lines, or securitizations (strongly preferred).
• Mortgage or real estate industry experience (preferred, not required).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build short- and long-term RTL and DSCR trade plans with pricing and origination teams, aligning takeout and capacity with projected fundings and liquidity needs.
• Manage warehouse facilities day-to-day, including line activity, sales, and repurchases, and track eligibility criteria and margins.
• Support the Director on warehouse facility renewals and amendments.
• Analyze execution across buyers by comparing bids and post-trade P&L, and recommend where loans should be allocated based on price and terms.
• Monitor the funded and in-process pipeline against takeout commitments and coordinate with risk and origination teams.
