Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Capital Markets Manager in San Francisco to own hands-on execution across warehouse facilities, forward flow, and securitizations for our lending products.

This execution-focused role reports to the VP of Capital Markets and sits hybrid in SF. You will coordinate with institutional sales, investor operations, credit, treasury, and engineering to move live transactions, monitor covenants, and deliver investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in capital markets or asset-backed finance.
• Familiarity with consumer lending and underwriting.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL/Tableau a plus.
• Execution-oriented with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution support on live warehouse, forward flow, and securitization transactions.
• Manage day-to-day deal execution, reports, and closing checklists.
• Support reporting and covenant monitoring with warehouse team.
• Review legal docs for structured finance with counsel.
• Analyze collateral with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Coordinate with investor sales and ops for smooth counterparties.
• Collaborate across finance, product, treasury, and engineering teams.
• Onboard new institutional investors and counterparties.
• Lead ad hoc projects as funding programs scale.
