For our client, we are seeking a Capital Markets Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead execution across securitizations and asset-backed financing transactions, with a strong emphasis on structuring, modeling, and investor engagement. You will partner closely with legal counsel, internal stakeholders, lenders, and institutional investors to help deliver financing solutions that support the company's growth. The position also includes presenting recommendations to senior leadership and helping develop the broader team through mentorship and collaboration.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $168,400 - $232,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of securitization issuances and asset-backed financing transactions
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with lenders and investors
• Collaborate with legal counsel to negotiate and execute financing agreements
• Work with cross-functional teams to structure and execute financing transactions
• Present updates and strategies to senior leadership
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, or a related field
• Proven track record in structuring and executing warehouse facilities and securitizations
• Strong skills in developing financial models and analyzing cash flows at asset and bond levels
• Experience negotiating and executing financing transactions with stakeholders
• Established relationships with institutional investors and banks
