Job summary

QTS is seeking a Business Analyst with Capital Markets expertise to partner with application teams migrating to Aperture. You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements and use cases, and collaborate across platforms to ensure alignment with program goals.

You should have 5+ years of BA experience in financial services, strong data analysis skills (SQL/Tableau/Python) and experience with Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets.
• Experience with requirements management on large projects.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative and Agile delivery methods.
• Data analysis expertise using SQL, Tableau or Python.

Responsibilities

• Engage with QTS teams moving to Aperture to understand analytical use-cases and goals.
• Gather requirements, business use cases, feasibility analyses and diagrams.
• Coordinate with platform engineering on data requirements and dependencies.
• Validate requirements with senior stakeholders and negotiate solutions as needed.
• Analyze data sets and define sourcing, transformations, and remediation plans.
