You will partner with QTS teams migrating to Aperture, document business use cases, perform data analysis, and coordinate with platform engineering on data needs and integration points. Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge of Financial Services/Capital Markets with data analytics background.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines while multi-tasking.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on large complex projects with requirements management.
• Experience with Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile delivery.
• Data analysis experience using SQL, Tableau, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and business use cases from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QTS teams to validate product fit on Aperture platform.
• Partner with platform engineering to align data requirements and integrations.
• Support reviews, UAT, and post-implementation validations.
• Analyze data sets and define sourcing, transformations, and compliance rules.
