Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Capital Markets practice in Dallas or Houston. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, offerings, and private placements.

Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing, you will join a sophisticated team handling complex securities matters with meaningful client contact and strong development opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, private placements)
• Experience advising issuers, underwriters, and placement agents is preferred
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing

Responsabilidades

• Represent underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in a variety of capital markets transactions
• Advise on Securities Exchange Act reporting and compliance matters when applicable
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on deal execution and closing
