Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking or capital markets.
• Experience with financing transactions and liquidity management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting.
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports the VP, Capital Markets in managing the execution and administration of financing and capital markets activities.
• Provides analytical support for financing transactions and liquidity management through financial modeling and investor presentations.
• Manages transaction processes by coordinating with bankers, lawyers, external consultants and other stakeholders.
• Builds underwriting, financing and liquidity models for complex asset- and corporate-level structures.
• Collaborates with QTS senior management and Blackstone to execute capital raises.
• Supports due diligence efforts and investor relations for lending relationships.
• Synthesizes large data sets to reach sound conclusions.
• Other duties as assigned.
