Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance group is a premier Capital Markets advisory team serving institutional, corporate, and private clients with debt and equity solutions across the capital stack.

The Associate will support a leading Atlanta-based broker team, performing financial modeling, market analysis, and marketing materials for debt and equity opportunities. This role is on-site in Atlanta, GA, with potential travel and extended hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, real estate, or accounting.
• 4+ years of real estate and/or finance experience in commercial real estate consulting/appraisal, investing, lending, or brokerage.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build, analyze, and summarize complex financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce high-quality summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complex debt sizing and development models reflecting projected property performance.
• Prepare debt sizings and review sizings to determine financing options.
• Lead due diligence collection and evaluation for debt and equity transactions.
• Prepare debt/equity offering memoranda in professional format for clients and lenders.
