Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of financial analysis and modeling experience in Capital Markets or industrial sectors.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise and Excel discounted cash flow models a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CoStar or similar market research tools.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of financial analysis and valuation modeling requests.
• Prepare pro forma statements and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Audit financial models for data accuracy and cash flow viability.
• Review leases to abstract key data points and identify issues.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear summaries.
• Develop high-level analyses of transaction considerations and trends.
• Coordinate information collection and revisions with senior team members.
• Document processes and training materials; share templates and best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in analysis.
