Job summary

5 Legal, a top Am Law 100 law firm, seeks an associate to join its Corporate, Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have experience with equity and debt offerings, U.S. securities offerings, and complex capital markets transactions, including advisory work for companies and investment banks. Strong M&A exposure is also valuable for this role.

Qualifications
