Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a 3.5+ GPA.
• Bar admission in NY or eligible for immediate admission.
• Class years 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• Am Law 100/200 BigLaw experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise issuers, underwriters, and investors in equity and debt offerings.
• Draft and review SEC disclosures and periodic reports.
• Counsel on governance, stock exchange listings, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence and closings.
