About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Capital Markets Associate to join our fast-growing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) advisory and investment firm. This is a commission-only role designed for self-starters who want to build and control their income while working with a supportive team of CRE finance professionals.

You'll originate, structure, and close capital placements (debt, preferred equity, JV equity) across asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality, with deal sizes ranging from $2M–$50M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage a pipeline of capital raise opportunities across CRE asset classes
• Cultivate relationships with borrowers, developers, investors, and capital providers
• Structure capital stacks including senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture equity
• Conduct market research and prepare offering materials
• Manage and negotiate term sheets and financing proposals
• Collaborate with internal analysts and third-party capital sources to close deals

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

• Commission splits start at 50/50, with potential to scale based on performance
• No cap on earnings
