KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models
  • Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments and design target state operating models
  • Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans and client presentations
  • Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing/presenting proposals. Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice

Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of experience in Institutional Investments/Capital Markets within a financial services/broker/asset manager, audit/tax, and/or advisory firm
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience leading or supporting engagements around Operational Risk and Controls, Control Governance Standards,
  • Strong background in Compliance Transformation, control review and testing from front office businesses, such as sales and trading and asset/wealth management
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Travel as necessary, 3-4 days per week at client site (NYC)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
