Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a growing financial technology company to hire a Senior Analyst for its Credit & Capital Markets team in Chicago. The role focuses on credit facilities, financial analysis, and automation of capital markets processes, offering meaningful ownership and exposure to senior leadership.

You will build financial models, support lending arrangements, and drive reporting improvements in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in capital markets or related finance.
• Strong understanding of lending products and credit facilities.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience automating financial processes and improving reporting.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support management and execution of credit facilities and lending arrangements.
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows.
• Partner with senior leadership on capital markets initiatives.
• Own projects from analysis to execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
