Fitch Ratings is seeking an Analyst in Chicago to perform CRE analysis on commercial real estate securities and related loan structures in the U.S. and Canada, supporting credit opinions for North American CMBS transactions.

You’ll collaborate with a team of analysts, apply quantitative skills to assess cash flows and valuations, and publish rating commentary and research reports. The role offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months of CRE underwriting or valuation experience.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Analytical, quantitative, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess credit strengths and risks of CRE properties and related loan structures.
• Use property and loan level analytics to support rating conclusions.
• Publish detailed transaction reports and support research reports.
