Job summary

FIS is seeking an Analyst Sr. Lead, Strategy & Planning to shape and execute the Capital Markets AI agent strategy, accelerate AI adoption, and build business cases for AI investments across client-facing products and workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Architecture, Data, Risk, and Commercial teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions and mentor colleagues in planning and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
• Significant experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives for long-term growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and AI technology developments.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for AI investments.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on growth and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, and Commercial teams.
• Design operating models, governance, and performance measures.
