Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a skilled Technology Analyst to lead discovery and analysis for an enterprise agentic AI platform. You will translate business and security needs into concrete platform requirements and ensure alignment across product, architecture, and risk teams.

You will define workflows for model access, onboarding, and production readiness while mentoring analysts and shaping platform playbooks to enable scalable adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Advanced technology analysis across requirements and processes.
• Lead complex initiatives with broad scope and multiple stakeholders.
• Define platform workflows for model access and onboarding.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with governance, security, privacy and controls.
• Experience with AI platforms and governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for agentic AI platform capabilities and integrations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define platform workflows for model access, agent onboarding and production readiness.
• Partner with architecture and engineering to assess feasibility, dependencies and delivery options.
• Analyze platform usage, cost, risk and operational data to recommend improvements.
• Establish traceability across requirements, designs, testing evidence and releases.
• Coordinate initiatives across product, security, risk, compliance and operations.
• Develop platform standards, playbooks and documentation to support adoption.
• Mentor analysts and provide expert guidance on AI platform practices.
