Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required) in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis; at least 1 year of people management.
• At least 1 year of experience performing project management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive advantage for Capital One.
• Own and guide strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon; may manage analysts.
• Coach and mentor analysts to develop talent and deliver results across the organization.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead product-level analytics and modeling.
• Lead marketing efforts to inform customer experiences and new go-to-market strategies.
• Drive improvements in credit risk by linking drivers of future trends to historical data.
