The Capital Improvements Managersupports the Associate Director of Facilities with maintaining high-quality, well-maintained properties throughout CCH. The CI ensures that ongoing initiatives and maintenance projects are tracked and managed efficiently and cost-effectively, providing transparency throughout. Provides the best possible service to all stakeholders in a way that maximizes profits and meets annual budget projections.
This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Facilities and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $94,650- $132,532 annualized. Based on CCH’s compensation philosophy, most new hires come in at the minimum salary range. CCH has a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8% of an employer contribution for retirement, and more. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is based at CCH Central Office located at 1855 Olympic Blvd, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
Physical demands include continual sitting, typing, and repetitive computer use for up to 8 hours a day.
