Responsibilities

• Oversee the JRWSS Capital Improvement Program, including engineering planning, design review, project management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, construction management, and preparation of eng ineering documents and reports.
• Take ownership of projects from inception through design and bidding; manage design consultants; maintain contract documents and specifications; provide support during construction.
• Contribute to annual maintenance, repair, and capital-improvement budgeting; conduct pipeline condition assessment and asset management; interpret and administer agency agreements.
